Our Philosophy

At Integrated Move Management, we partner with individuals to streamline, simplify, and reduce stress from the often-overwhelming task of downsizing or relocation. We believe every client deserves to be treated the same way we would want to be: with integrity, efficiency and compassion.
We believe communication is key to any successful transition. That’s why we stay in close contact with each client, every step of the way, so that there are no surprises. We also hold daily status meetings with our internal team, to make sure all members are kept up to date on the progress of every project.
We are also committed to minimizing the environmental impact of your downsizing or home clean-out by using sustainable dispersal methods whenever possible. Our goal is to find new homes for as many of your items as possible (through gifting, sale or donations), recycle when appropriate, and throw away very little. We work with many charitable organizations in our community who will benefit from your donations, and choose to partner with like-minded vendors.

Meet the Owner, Jonathan Wagner
Jon has a special interest in and talent for guiding people through major life changes. Understanding each clients’ unique situation and being able to listen to their goals, concerns, and wishes are skills that Jon carefully cultivated over the years and now applies to his work assisting clients through difficult task of preparing for their move.
Downsizing, organizing, and packing, can be very overwhelming. In many instances our clutter in nothing more than lifetimes of possessions that have been passed from one generation to the next. Understanding these personal possessions have different meanings to each individual is essential to ensure that we provide the necessary skills and resources to make our clients feel comfortable and secure with the decisions and the end result.
I'm excited to be in a role that will allow me to truly add value at a time in peoples’ lives when they may feel a tremendous amount of stress or anxiety. Finding the perfect home for a clients’ cherished possessions – whether it is your new home, gift to relatives and friends, sell or donate to a worthy cause – is our mission. And doing this in a caring and organized manner is what separates Integrated Move Management from the rest .

Jon and his team bring a strong work ethic, superb organizational skills with attention to detail, and a great sense of calm to our clients projects. Whether it be downsizing and removing clutter your own home, your relatives home, or even your clients home, it is essential that work thoroughly and efficiently. Years of experience allows us to identify valuables, to ensure that we protect your families assets. Key Staff
Adam Tanguay wears many hats, as an employee of Integrated Move Management (IMM), as well as with his other ventures. He started with IMM in the early days - hauling donations, recycling and trash from clients’ homes. Mary realized very quickly that he should play a bigger role in the company due to his breadth of knowledge regarding the value of a wide range of items and his strong work ethic. As the owner of Freeport Emporium, a store in Freeport, Maine (one of his other hats), Adam comes into contact with many different types of merchandise, from antique to contemporary to international – including furniture, collectibles, and unique decorative items.
Adam says it best in an excerpt from his store’s Facebook page: "When the opportunity came up to have my own store, I couldn't pass it up. We opened on June 1st of 2014 and I have enjoyed each day. I am lucky to have many great vendors in here with me, and we all share the same appreciation for antiques and vintage. We truly enjoy meeting new people each day, and we love our regulars." He brings this same passion to all of the IMM jobs he works on – he is efficient, thorough, and professional. Clients enjoy working with him due to his kind-hearted nature and sense of humor.
Karen Anne Wagner brings a strong business background to our diverse team. Her office and organizational skills are instrumental in allowing our team of specialist to hit the ground running when we're on location with clients. As they say "it takes a village", and when it comes to organizing, downsizing, packing, and preparing clients for a new stage in life, it takes everyone to be on the same page. Although Karen is primarily working behind the scenes to ensure that our projects run smoothly and stay on time and budget, it's not unusual to see her get her hands dirty on site as well.
Rachel Lewis Tanguay has the skills needed to help Integrated Move Management's clients with all their needs. She is an asset when working with clients on sorting and downsizing a lifetime of possessions, as well as when she is assisting with packing and unpacking for a client move. Rachel also doesn't shy away from the hard physical work of move management. She has worked in both the medical and landscaping fields, which has prepared her well for a job that involves a great deal of compassion and physical work. We are thrilled to have her on board and know clients will enjoy working with her.
