Year End Wrap Up and New Year Thoughts

As we approach the end of 2017, we want to reflect on the year and what it meant to Integrated Move Management. First and foremost, we have met so many great people this year – clients, vendors, and referral sources. I don’t think I realized this until I got my holiday greeting card list together and it was quite long!!
We have worked with a diverse range of clients – from a single mother needing help with her move, to many seniors needing help with downsizing and moving, to home clean outs for real estate sales (see our last blog about the definition of a home clean out), to those who needed help dispersing a large number of inherited items.
We have spent a lot of time this year ensuring we researched and found ethical and reliable vendors that we want to work with. This includes moving box sources, moving companies, auctioneers, dealers, consignment stores, charitable organizations, etc. It has been a learning experience for all of us and we feel we have made progress in finding the right people to partner with.
As owner of the company, I enjoy doing presentations about not only my business but the the professional move management industry generally. Since it is a fairly new industry, I feel it is important to get the work out so those who need our services no how to find them. Some of my best referral relationships we have are with realtors, estate attorneys, those in my several networking groups, and friends and family. I appreciate every time our name is given out – no matter whether the referral works out or not.
Looking toward the new year, our goal is to continue progressing in the same manner – meeting new people, getting the word out and helping as many people as possible. Ensuring that all the services offered by Integrated Move Management are understood is important to us. We enjoy working with a variety of clients – those that need help downsizing, packing, unpacking, as well as home clean-outs. We will also be focusing on ensuring potential clients understand the value we provide – especially in terms of reducing both physical and emotion stress during a difficult transition.
Lastly, I would like to thank everyone who has helped Integrated Move Management have a successful first year. We look forward to sharing happiness and prosperity with all of you in 2018!
